Key Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day interior site execution and ensure work progresses as per design and schedule.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site labor to manage timelines and resolve site issues.
Interpret technical drawings and ensure implementation as per approved designs.
Track material requirements and inventory; coordinate timely delivery of materials to site.
Monitor quality control and ensure adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Liaise with the design and project management team to provide regular updates and flag concerns.
Handle client interactions related to on-site work progress and issue resolutions.
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports, measurements, and billing support documentation.
Prepare detailed work schedules and timelines to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) with material specifications and quantities for procurement and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in site execution for interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of materials, technical drawings, and execution methods.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites or teams simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project reporting tools.
