Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options
- Conduct site visits and coordinate client meetings
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain strong relationships
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business goals
- Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, and closures in the CRM system
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and documentation
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle
Requirements:
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in sales, real estate sales, business development, or customer handling preferred
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and proactive approach
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is an advantage
