We are looking for energetic, persuasive, and target-driven Sales Specialists who can identify potential sellers, explain Sellio's value proposition, and successfully onboard them onto our platform.
Job Summary
As a Sales Specialist – Seller Onboarding, you will be responsible for acquiring new sellers and helping them successfully launch their online stores on Sellio. You will interact with business owners across India, understand their requirements, demonstrate Sellio's platform, negotiate commercial terms, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, relationship building, and helping businesses grow digitally.
Key ResponsibilitiesSeller Acquisition
- Identify and reach out to prospective sellers through calls, emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, referrals, field visits, and networking.
- Generate qualified leads independently.
- Build a strong pipeline of potential sellers.
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns.
Product Demonstration
- Explain Sellio's features and benefits.
- Conduct product demonstrations over Google Meet or Zoom.
- Understand seller pain points and recommend suitable solutions.
- Handle objections professionally.
Seller Onboarding
- Guide sellers through registration.
- Collect necessary documents.
- Assist in profile completion.
- Coordinate with internal teams for activation.
- Ensure sellers successfully publish their products.
Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with sellers.
- Act as the primary point of contact during onboarding.
- Ensure excellent seller experience.
- Follow up regularly until successful activation.
Sales Targets
- Achieve monthly onboarding targets.
- Maintain healthy conversion rates.
- Keep CRM updated with all interactions.
- Submit daily and weekly sales reports.

- Seller Acquisition
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills may also apply.
