About FlexiGo E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd.
FlexiGo E-Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing electric mobility company specializing in EV fleet operations, leasing, and sustainable transportation solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to manage the company's financial operations and ensure statutory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records using Tally Prime/ERP.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and bank reconciliations.
- Maintain General Ledger, journal entries, and monthly financial reports.
- Process vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and customer collections.
- Manage GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, Professional Tax, and other statutory compliances.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports, cash flow statements, and budget reports.
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, and tax consultants.
- Monitor fleet-related expenses such as vehicle purchases, maintenance, insurance, charging costs, FASTag, and fuel/energy expenses.
- Maintain fixed asset and depreciation records.
- Support payroll processing and salary accounting.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Fleet-focused accounting and statutory compliance are particularly valuable in EV mobility businesses.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or M.Com.
- 3–5 years of accounting experience (experience in EV, automobile, fleet, logistics, or transportation companies preferred).
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC compliances.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.

Salary
- ₹30,000 – ₹45,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
