About the Role
Pranava Edge LLP is looking for a dynamic and execution-focused Site Engineer with 3–4 years of experience in civil construction. The candidate should have hands-on experience in structural and finishing works for school buildings, commercial buildings, kitchens, and similar projects. The role requires independently handling small to medium-sized projects from site execution to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
* Execute and supervise structural and finishing works as per approved drawings and quality standards.
* Independently manage assigned projects from planning to handover.
* Coordinate effectively with PMCs, architects, consultants, clients, and subcontractors.
* Prepare quantity take-offs, verify BOQs, and monitor material consumption at the site.
* Manage labour deployment, subcontractors, and daily site activities to ensure timely project completion.
* Monitor project progress, maintain site records, and submit regular progress reports.
* Ensure adherence to quality, safety, and project timelines.
* Resolve day-to-day site execution challenges and ensure smooth project delivery.
Qualifications
* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
* 3–4 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
* Experience in institutional, commercial, and interior fit-out projects is preferred.
Required Skills
* Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works.
* Experience in quantity estimation and site measurements.
* Excellent coordination skills with PMCs and consultants.
* Good labour and subcontractor management skills.
* Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
* Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving abilities.
* Good communication and reporting skills.
Preferred Candidate
* Ability to independently handle small projects end-to-end with minimal supervision.
* Self-driven, responsible, and quality-focused.
* Willing to travel and relocate within Hyderabad or other locations in Telangana based on project requirements.
