Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive growth across GCC markets. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of ERP products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with decision-makers in GCC-based companies.
This role involves close coordination with our overseas sales and marketing teams, identifying new market opportunities, and actively contributing to expanding our GCC client base.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and generate new business opportunities across GCC countries.
- Promote and sell ERP products and enterprise software solutions to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate closely with overseas sales and marketing teams to align strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends in GCC markets.
- Schedule and conduct product presentations, demos, and client meetings.
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports, and pipeline updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in ERP or enterprise software solutions.
- Strong understanding of ERP products and business process automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-spoken, confident, and capable of engaging with C-level executives.
- Experience working with or targeting GCC-based companies.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about sales.
- Ability to work collaboratively with international/overseas teams.
- Willingness to adapt to GCC business culture and market requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in GCC markets.
- Understanding of SaaS-based ERP solutions..
