Job Summary
We are hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our food manufacturing facility in Sonipat, Haryana. The ideal candidate will ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute daily and weekly production plans.
- Supervise production staff and monitor shop-floor activities.
- Ensure compliance with FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, ISO, and food safety standards.
- Monitor production efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Identify and resolve production issues to improve productivity.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams.
- Conduct employee training on hygiene, safety, and machine operations.
- Maintain production, downtime, and manpower reports.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and adherence to safety procedures.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of food processing and packaging equipment.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and production documentation.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Understanding of food safety and quality management systems.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in food manufacturing operations.
- HACCP, ISO 22000, or GMP certification is preferred.
