Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound B2B cold calling using company-provided data.
- Engage with Business Owners, Directors, Partners, CEOs, and decision-makers.
- Present and explain A-I-R-S™ certification benefits.
- Generate leads, follow up, negotiate, and close sales.
- Maintain sales activities in CRM.
- Assist clients with online payment or bank transfer processes.
Performance Expectations
- Minimum 75 outbound calls per day.
- Minimum 5 successful sales within the first month of joining.
- Consistent achievement of monthly sales targets.

Candidate Profile
- 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, Inside Sales, Corporate Sales, or Business Development.
- Strong cold-calling, lead generation, and closing skills.
- Experience selling services, subscriptions, certifications, SaaS, consulting, or corporate solutions preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Compensation
7 LPA to 10 LPA + Performance Incentives
