Role & responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product information.
- Develop strong knowledge of company products and their applications.
- Conduct regular follow-ups for enquiries, quotations, orders, and pending requirements.
- Generate new customer leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Marketing team for product promotion and business development.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Support PR activities and maintain professional relationships with customers and business associates.
- Maintain customer database, enquiries, follow-ups, and order details.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide updates to management.
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up with customers.
- Support customer retention and generate repeat business.
- Assist the management and sales team in achieving business development targets.
- Maintain a professional, confident, and customer-focused approach at all times.
Required Skills
- B.Pharma qualification is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer relationship and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of pharmaceutical products.
- Confident, presentable, and professional personality.
- Good product presentation and communication skills.
- Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Email.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and difficult situations professionally.
- Proactive and result-oriented approach.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, product management, marketing, customer relationship, business development, or PR will be an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a confident personality can also apply.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
