Technical Project Manager (PE Focus)

Role Overview
We are hiringa hands on Technical ProjectManager who has transitioned from a Developer role into TPM and has strong exposure to Product Engineering (PE). The ideal candidate understands engineering fundamentals, manages cross-functional teams effectively, and ensures smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Own project scope, timelines, milestones, and delivery plans

Translate business requirements into clear technical execution plans

Manage multiple projects with competing priorities

Lead client communication, sprint ceremonies, and status reviews

Proactively identify risks and mitigation plans

Work closely with developers, designers, and QA teams
-
Allocate tasks, track progress, and unblock teams

Maintain delivery discipline without micromanagement

Implement Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery processes

Maintain project documentation and delivery KPIs
Required Skills & Experience
-
4+ years of experience as a TPM in an IT servicescompany (50–200 employees preferred)

Prior experience as a Developer (mandatory)

Strong technical familiarity with Python and React (mandatory)

Solid understanding of Product Engineering (PE)

Strong grasp of SDLC and engineering practices

Experience delivering Agile/Scrum projects

Excellent verbal and written communication

Experience working with global clients (US/EU preferred)
Hands- on experience with project management tools (Jira, Trello, ClickUp, etc.)

Knowledge of Data &AI is a bonus; preference will be givento candidates who have worked with firms focused on Data & AI.

Experience in fast- paced or startup environments
