Role Overview
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development Associate (BDA) who will be
responsible for onboarding new tiffin partners (hunting) and growing relationships with
existing partners (farming). This is a field-intensive role requiring strong interpersonal skills and execution ability.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hunting (New Partner Acquisition)
- Identify and approach potential tiffin service providers in assigned areas
- Pitch Tiffexx’s value proposition and onboard partners onto the platform
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis
- Achieve weekly/monthly onboarding targets
2. Farming (Partner Growth & Retention)
- Build strong relationships with onboarded partners
- Ensure partners are active, compliant, and meeting quality standards
- Drive partner performance: orders, ratings, and customer satisfaction
- Upsell promotions, offers, and platform features
3. Operations & Coordination
- Assist partners with onboarding documentation and training
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, support, marketing)
- Resolve partner queries and escalations efficiently
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- 0–3 years of experience in sales/business development (FMCG, food-tech, or startup experience preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
Mandatory Requirements
- Must own a two-wheeler (bike) for field visits
- Must have a personal laptop for reporting and coordination
