To achieve the monthly sales volume target as per Annual Operating Plan decided by the management. This will include the following: • Volume target for the month • YAGO (Year Ago) for the month • AOP percentage growth for the month • Distributor wise target for the month
Review & ensure distributor stock against norms by conducting Physical Verification
Timely review Distributor systems & stock and resolve issues in the market (if any)
