Key Responsibilities:
Administer and support SQL Server & PostgreSQL databases
Design and implement PostgreSQL High Availability (Replication, Failover, Clustering)
Manage PostgreSQL clusters using CloudNativePG (CNPG)
Perform performance tuning, query optimization, and capacity planning
Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery strategies
Ensure database security and production stability
Troubleshoot and resolve database-related issues
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in SQL Server & PostgreSQL DBA activities
Expertise in PostgreSQL HA and clustering solutions
Experience with CNPG or similar technologies
Strong performance tuning and troubleshooting skills
Experience with Linux/Windows environments
Good to Have:
Kubernetes and containerized environments
Data Lakehouse exposure
ETL and data integration knowledge
PowerShell / Linux scripting
Qlik / Power BI
Ansible automation
