Job Title: Tool Maker (Experienced)Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to design, fabricate, maintain, and repair precision tools, dies, jigs, and fixtures used in manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to work with a variety of materials and machining equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacture, assemble, and repair tools, dies, molds, jigs, and fixtures according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical instructions accurately
- Operate and maintain machinery such as CNC machines, lathes, milling machines, grinders, and EDM equipment
- Perform precision measurements using instruments like micrometers, vernier calipers, and gauges
- Troubleshoot tooling issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime
- Conduct routine maintenance and preventive servicing of tools and equipment
- Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to improve tooling performance
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain documentation of tooling processes and modifications
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / ITI / Certification in Tool & Die Making, Machining, or related field
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in tool making or precision machining
- Strong knowledge of tool steels, materials, heat treatment, and machining processes
- Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
- Experience with CNC programming and operation (preferred)
- Familiarity with CAD/CAM software is an advantage

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
