Designation: Quality Manager (MR) -Management Representative
Salary : 10L to 15L pa
Qualification : Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Quality Management
Experience: Min 8 years

Key Responsibilities
- Quality Management System (QMS)
- Maintain and improve the QMS in accordance with standards such as API Q1, ISO 9001, or other applicable industry requirements.
- Develop, review, and control quality procedures, work instructions, manuals, and records.
- Ensure effective document control and retention of quality records.
- Management Representative Duties
- Act as the designated Management Representative for the QMS.
- Coordinate management review meetings and present QMS performance metrics.
- Ensure customer, statutory, and regulatory requirements are effectively communicated and implemented throughout the organization.
- Compliance & Certification
- Coordinate external audits, surveillance audits, and certification activities.
- Manage non-conformities, corrective actions, and preventive actions.
- Liaise with certification bodies, customers, and regulatory authorities.
- Risk Management & Continuous Improvement
- Identify quality risks and opportunities and maintain risk registers.
- Lead root cause analysis and problem-solving activities.
Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
