Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and short-form content trends
- Experience with scheduling and analytics tools
- Familiarity with AI tools for content ideation, captions, scripting, and workflow automation
- Creative mindset with strong communication skills
- Ability to balance branding with performance goals
