SuryaPrabha Solar is a growing solar energy company committed to providing sustainable and innovative solar solutions. We are looking for a detail-oriented In-house sales executive to join our team. Experience in the solar or renewable energy industry is preferred, but candidates from related industries with a proven sales background are also encouraged to apply.We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of sales experience and a passion for achieving targets. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, meeting customers, promoting products, and driving sales growth while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Visit prospective and existing customers to promote company products and services.
- Generate leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales to achieve monthly targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up on inquiries and ensure timely conversion of leads.
- Prepare daily visit reports and submit sales activity updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–2 years of experience in sales, field sales, business development, or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to achieve sales targets.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and willingness to travel within the assigned area.
