Position Summary
We are seeking a passionate, empathetic, and client-focused Occupational Therapist with 0–2 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support therapists in providing high-quality, evidence-based therapy services to children with developmental delays, sensory challenges, learning disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, Cerebral Palsy, and other neuro-developmental conditions.
Key Responsibilities
As an Occupational Therapist at MpowerMe, you will:
Conduct comprehensive assessments of children’s physical, cognitive, sensory, and functional abilities, and assist in developing individualized treatment plans.
Implement therapeutic interventions to improve everyday functioning (fine motor skills, self-care, sensory regulation, play skills).
Support senior therapists in planning and executing goal-based therapy and documenting progress.
Communicate clearly and compassionately with children, families, and caregivers about therapy goals and home programs.
Provide parent/caregiver education and feedback to help reinforce skills outside the clinical setting.
Use play-based activities to engage children and enhance learning and participatipattion.
Maintain accurate clinical records, progress notes, and therapy documentation.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including special educators and other therapists.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution.
Valid registration/licensure to practice as an Occupational Therapist in India (if applicable).
0–2 years experience in pediatric OT or rehabilitation settings (fresh graduates are welcome).
Basic understanding of developmental conditions and therapy techniques with willingness to learn.
