Monq Studio is a growing architecture, interior design, and construction firm specializing in residential, commercial, hospitality, and turnkey projects. We are looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead design development, manage project execution, and mentor our design team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural projects from concept design to project completion.
- Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client requirements and project budgets.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, layouts, construction documents, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, interior, and site execution teams.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and design discussions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor project schedules, quality, and deliverables.
- Review BOQs, material specifications, and construction details.
- Visit project sites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues.
- Mentor junior architects and oversee design quality across projects.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (B.Arch/M.Arch).
- 3-5 years of professional architectural experience.
- Strong knowledge of residential, commercial, and interior projects.
- Excellent understanding of construction detailing and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Lumion/Enscape, Adobe Photoshop, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in turnkey construction and interior fit-out projects.
- Knowledge of project estimation and material specifications.
- Familiarity with BIM workflows.
- Client handling and team leadership experience.
