Job Profile:
The Senior Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic business partner to leadership, driving the organization's people strategy in alignment with business objectives. The role is responsible for developing and implementing HR policies, leading organizational development initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, ensuring compliance, and building a high-performance culture that supports sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to develop and execute strategic HR initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop, review, and implement HR policies, procedures, and governance frameworks in line with business needs and legal requirements.
- Lead organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and talent management initiatives.
- Drive performance management, leadership development, and talent review processes.
- Advise leadership on employee relations, performance issues, disciplinary matters, and organizational change.
- Lead employee engagement, culture-building, diversity & inclusion, and change management initiatives.
- Have L&D calendar for all in consultation with senior leadership team
- Oversee compensation and reward strategies, annual salary reviews, and workforce budgeting in partnership with Finance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and global HR standards while mitigating organizational risk.
- Analyze HR metrics, KPIs and workforce trends to provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Establish workplace culture incorporating company’s vision and mission
- Be the SME for all things related to People
Qualifications & Experience:
- MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or a related discipline.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership in a multinational organization.
- Proven experience in HR strategy, policy development, payroll, organizational development, and change management.
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance and HR best practices.
