Key Responsibilities – CNC/VMC Machine Operator
* Operate CNC/VMC machines as per production requirements.
* Set up tools, fixtures, and machine parameters for machining operations.
* Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
* Monitor machine performance and ensure dimensional accuracy of components.
* Perform routine machine maintenance and report any faults or breakdowns.
* Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
* Maintain production records and ensure adherence to quality standards.
* Follow safety procedures, 5S practices, and company guidelines on the shop floor.
* Minimize material wastage and optimize machine productivity.
* Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to meet daily production targets.
Pay: ₹24,086.00 - ₹29,224.38 per month
