Job Summary
We are looking for skilled and dedicated VMC / CNC Operators to handle machining operations and support production activities in the manufacturing unit. Candidates should have basic knowledge of CNC/VMC machines, drawing reading, and quality inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload components in VMC / CNC machines.
- Run machine programs as per component requirements.
- Read engineering drawings and manufacture components accordingly.
- Inspect finished components using measuring instruments.
- Ensure production quality and accuracy standards.
- Monitor tool condition and inform supervisors when replacement is required.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and follow 5S practices.
- Handle finished goods with proper identification.
- Follow shopfloor safety rules and production discipline.
- Support production targets and reduce rejection/rework.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in CNC / VMC operation preferred.
- Freshers with ITI / Diploma qualification can also apply.
- Basic knowledge of machining and measuring tools.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Good teamwork and discipline.
