Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate leads.
Explain loan products and understand customer requirements.
Convert leads into applications by guiding customers through the loan process.
Follow up regularly with customers and maintain relationships.
Coordinate with internal teams for documentation and loan processing.
Achieve monthly targets and productivity metrics.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Experience in tele-calling or telesales.
Prior exposure to Personal Loans, Business Loans, LAP, or other retail loan products is preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic understanding of sales processes and customer handling.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
