Description
Perform troubleshooting for issues related to printers, routers & windows for our US & Canadian customers through remote access tools like Anydesk, Teamviewer & Ultraviewer.
Preferred candidates:
1. Experienced candidates only
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Ability to handle customers
4. Technical US experience of min 1 year is must
5. Should have technical knowledge of fixing issues for printers, router & windows
6. Candidate should be from tricity & comfortable with night shift
7. Immediate joiner only
Night Shift: 9pm to 6 am Monday to Friday
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
