This is a full-time, on-site Counselor role based in Salem. The Counselor will provide personalized guidance to clients seeking international education and career opportunities. Responsibilities include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, helping clients with college and visa applications, evaluating documents, and providing accurate advice on study and career pathways. The Counselor will also work closely with institutions and stakeholders to create seamless experiences for clients, ensuring proper follow-up and support throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills for effective counseling
- Proficiency in document review, evaluation, and guidance on application processes
- Ability to deliver accurate information regarding international study and career opportunities
- Competent in working with cross-functional teams and coordinating with educational institutions
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Relevant experience in counseling, international education, or a related field is a plus
Pay: ₹11,383.51 - ₹25,000.00 per month
