- Allocate sections and duties to team members
- Ensure smooth and timely service during shifts
- Welcome and attend to guests, including VIPs
- Handle guest complaints professionally
- Ensure accurate order taking (POS/KOT/BOT)
- Coordinate with kitchen for timely service
- Verify bills before presenting to guests
- Conduct pre-shift briefings for staff
- Train and guide junior GSAs and stewards
- Maintain service standards as per SOP
- Ensure cleanliness of dining area and service stations
- Monitor staff grooming and hygiene standards
- Check food quality and presentation before serving
- Assist in stock-taking and report breakages/shortages
- Promote special menus and upsell items
- Prepare shift-end reports
- Report operational issues to the supervisor/manager.
- Ensure guest satisfaction and positive feedback

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
