Call Center Agent – Solar
We are hiring Call Center Agents for our Solar Operations team.
- Handle inbound & outbound customer calls.
- Answer queries related to solar products/services.
- Generate and qualify leads.
- Schedule site visits and service appointments.
- Handle customer complaints and follow-ups.
- Update customer details in CRM/LeadSquared.
- Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of BPO/Call Center/Telecalling experience.
- Good communication skills in English/Hindi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- LeadSquared experience preferred.
Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram
Shift: 10 AM – 7 PM | 6 Days
Job Type: Full-Time
Pay: ₹10,474.57 - ₹29,855.80 per month
Work Location: In person
