Wealth Management Technology delivers the Account Lifecycle platform, supporting account opening, client onboarding, account maintenance, digital document processing, and compliance workflows. The team brings together engineers, UX designers, product professionals, and operations partners to create seamless digital onboarding experiences. By combining modern workflow, document, and validation technologies, the department helps improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience across the organization.
Core Responsibilities:
You will define the UI architecture strategy and roadmap.
You will establish frontend standards and design patterns.
You will govern API integration and application architecture.
You will drive performance, scalability, and maintainability.
You will build reusable component libraries and design systems.
You will design solutions for workflow-driven applications.
You will promote secure and resilient UI practices.
Strategic Responsibilities:
You will align UI architecture with workflow and rules engines.
You will support dynamic forms and validation frameworks.
You will simplify complex onboarding journeys.
You will improve user experiences across business functions.
You will advance UI modernization initiatives.
You will encourage platform standardization and reuse.
Team & Collaboration:
You will partner with UX, product, and engineering teams.
You will define integration standards with backend services.
You will mentor UI developers and technical leads.
You will lead architecture reviews and governance activities.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
10+ years of UI development experience.
3+ years in UI architecture or technical leadership roles.
Experience with enterprise workflow-driven applications.
Experience with form-intensive platforms and validations.
Experience integrating APIs, microservices, and business systems.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Technical Skills:
Expertise in Angular or React architecture.
Strong TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge.
Experience with scalable UI architecture patterns.
Experience with enterprise design systems.
Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures.
Familiarity with Azure-based cloud environments.
Experience with CI/CD and software delivery tools.
Soft Skills:
Strong leadership and decision-making ability.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to translate complexity into intuitive experiences.
