Role Overview
We are hiring a Mid/Senior Interior to handle design, execution support, and client coordination for residential villa and interior projects. The role demands both creative and technical expertise.
Reporting To
Founder
Key Responsibilities
● Interior design and concept development
● Preparation of detailed working drawings
● Coordination between design and site execution teams
● Client interaction, presentations, and design discussions
● Civil and interior detailing for residential projects
● Site coordination to ensure design intent is executed correctly
Software Skills (Mandatory)
● AutoCAD
● SketchUp
● Lumion / Enscape / V-Ray
● Revit
● Photoshop
Project Exposure
● Residential Villas
● Civil + Interior Projects
Key Traits Required
● Strong technical and execution understanding
● Client-facing confidence
● Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
