Job Title: Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients and visitors.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and client inquiries.
- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk.
- Maintain client records and perform data entry.
- Assist with document collection and basic administrative tasks.
- Coordinate with immigration consultants for client follow-ups.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Requirements & Qalification :
- High school diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel and basic computer applications.
- Professional attitude with excellent organizational skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
