About the Role
We are looking for a creative and passionate Graphic Designer with at least 0* - 1 year of experience* to join our creative team. The candidate should have a strong interest in Branding, Packaging Design and Visual Identity and the ability to transform concepts into professional, eye-catching designs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and professional brand identities and visual concepts.
- Design logos, brand guidelines, stationery and other branding materials.
- Create packaging designs for pouches, boxes, labels, containers and other product formats.
- Develop creative product labels, stickers and packaging artworks.
- Prepare print-ready artwork with proper dimensions, bleed, CMYK, dielines and other printing requirements.
- Create realistic 3D product mockups and presentations for client approvals.
- Work on multiple design concepts and provide creative design solutions based on client requirements.
- Understand client briefs and convert ideas into strong visual concepts.
- Coordinate with the team, clients and printing vendors when required.
- Handle design revisions and ensure final artwork meets professional quality standards.
- Maintain consistency in brand colours, typography, layouts and overall visual language.
Required Skills
- 0 to 1 year of professional experience in Graphic Design, preferably in Branding & Packaging Design.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop.
- Good understanding of branding, typography, colour theory, composition and layout.
- Good knowledge of packaging design and print production.
- Understanding of dielines, dimensions, bleed, CMYK and print-ready files.
- Creative thinking with a strong eye for detail.
- Ability to develop multiple creative concepts rather than relying on templates.
- Good communication and ability to understand client requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

- Ability to take a project from concept → design → mockup → final print-ready artwork.
- A strong portfolio showcasing branding and packaging projects is highly preferred.
Qualification
A degree/diploma/certification in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia or a related field is preferred. Candidates with strong practical skills and an impressive portfolio are also welcome.
