Job Title: VMC Operator
Department: Production / Manufacturing
key responsibilities:
· VMC Experience: Utilise hands-on VMC operating experience to handle assigned plastic mold machining jobs efficiently.
· CAM Programming: Understand and execute CAM-based machining programs as per job requirements.
· Mould Machining: Accurately machine mould components as per drawings and specifications.
· Machine Knowledge : Operate different VMC machine brands with proper machine-setting knowledge.
· Production Responsibility : Achieve assigned production targets while maintaining quality and accuracy.
· Team Coordination : Coordinate with team members and supervisors for smooth production activities.
· Reports: Maintain records of production quantity, rejection, rework, and machine utilisation.
· Issue Resolution: Identify and address machining, tooling, dimensional, and surface-finish issues.

Pay: ₹38,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
