Role & Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce the company's services.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
- Maintain and update customer databases and call records.
- Understand client requirements and provide relevant information.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Any Graduate.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Salary & Incentives
- Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 per month.
- Attractive performance-based incentives.
- Employees are eligible for an incentive of ₹1,00,000 for each successful IPO client acquisition, subject to successful closure and company policies.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM 6:00 PM
- 2nd & 4th Saturdays Off
