Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller. The ideal candidate will handle outbound/inbound calls, follow up with clients, and support day-to-day office activities including documentation, data entry, and coordination tasks.

- Make outbound & inbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain company services and generate quality leads.
- Follow up with clients and maintain regular communication.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the team.
- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain call records and update Excel reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Telecalling, Customer Support, or Sales.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Professional and customer-focused approach.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate./Post Graduation
- Good communication skills in English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, typing).
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Pleasant personality and a positive attitude.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in English.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
