We are seeking a professional and experienced Senior Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle administrative tasks, and ensure a welcoming environment for visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, leadership ability, and experience in managing reception activities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
- Supervise and guide junior reception staff (if applicable)
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure proper security procedures
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings
- Coordinate with internal departments for smooth communication
- Handle courier services and incoming/outgoing mail
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (3–5 years preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
