Location:- Pitampura- Delhi
Job Title: Floor Planning Executive
Key Responsibilities:
- Create accurate 2D and 3D floor plans using SketchUp, RoomSketcher, and Floorplanner.
- Develop interior layouts and space planning designs as per client requirements.
- Modify and update existing floor plans and 3D models.
- Ensure measurements, dimensions, and layouts are accurate.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain project files and deliver work within deadlines.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with Google SketchUp, RoomSketcher, and Floorplanner.
- Good understanding of floor planning, space utilization, and interior layouts.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of architectural or interior design concepts.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
