Job Description
Key Responsibility:
1. Analyzing the system/functional requirement which are in Ford Specifications and getting the questions clarified if any
2. Develop the test cases for the requirements in Ford Specifications
3. Automate the developed testcases using test libraries in CAPL/PYTHON
4. Support Component HIL Testing
5. Raise the identified failures in Jira and support the retesting the issue untill it is fixed
6. Participate in the weekly review meetings
7. Support the other project process activities
8. Should able to understand low level embedded system concept
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute test plans and test cases for automotive embedded systems
2. Perform automotive hil testing using appropriate tools and equipment
3. Collaborate within team to identify and troubleshoot software defects
4. Participate in the design and development of testing frameworks for automotive applications
5. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to automotive software testing
Skill Requirements
1. Solid understanding of automotive hil testing methodologies and hands-on experience with related tools
2. Solid knowledge with hands-on experience of testing techniques and methodologies in an automotive environment
3. Solid theoretical knowledge of industry standards and regulations for automotive software
4. Ability to work effectively in cross functional teams and communicate complex technical issues clearly through hands-on experience
5. Attention to detail and basic analytical skills for troubleshooting and problem-solving through hands-on experience

1.ISTQB Certified Tester Foundation Level
