Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Factory Supervisor/Manager to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensure production targets are achieved, maintain quality standards, and enforce safety procedures. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in supervising production teams in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily factory operations and shop floor activities.
- Allocate manpower and monitor workforce productivity.
- Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned schedule.
- Maintain product quality as per company standards.
- Monitor machine utilization and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, 5S, and company SOPs.
- Maintain daily production reports, shift reports, and machine logs.
- Coordinate with Quality, Purchase, Stores, and Planning departments.
- Train and guide production operators and technicians.
- Monitor raw material consumption and minimize production wastage.
- Ensure discipline and attendance of shop floor employees.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Ensure timely completion of customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or Production Engineering.
- 5–8 years of experience in a manufacturing industry.
- Experience in supervising machine shop, fabrication, assembly, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety standards.
- Familiarity with CNC, VMC, HMC machines and assembly processes is preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, ERP).

Pay: ₹450,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
