Position: Manager –IT
Location: Kasturinagar, Bangalore
Working days/hours: Monday to Saturday, 9.30 am to 5.30 pm
Compensation: Gross Rs.45000/- per month.

THE ROLE
The IT Manager will be responsible for smooth, secure and reliable functioning of NMT’s IT infrastructure across all projects, offices, training centres and upcoming projects.
Educational Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Computer Applications / Information Systems / Engineering or related discipline.
· 3-4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory/managerial role.
· Experience managing IT infrastructure across multiple locations.
· Strong practical knowledge of networking, internet connectivity, hardware, software and IT support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
· Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop computers.
· Provide technical support for hardware, software, printers, and peripherals.
· Install and troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft Office.
· Configure email accounts, printers, and network connectivity.
· Manage internet connectivity at all NMT Centres;
· Coordinate connections, routers, Wi-Fi and backup internet ; monitor uptime and troubleshoot internet connectivity issues.
· Support IP phones, basic IPPBX/Wave client setup, and user communication devices.
· Install and maintain antivirus software and perform system updates.
· Create, manage, and reset user accounts as directed by IT policies.
· Maintain IT asset inventory and update asset allocation records.
· Perform data backup and assist with data recovery when required.
· Coordinate with vendors for hardware warranty and repair services.
· Provide first-level support for CCTV viewing clients and biometric devices.
· Provide technical support to end users through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution of issues and maintaining high user satisfaction.
· Prepare laptops and desktops for eligible employees onboarding.
· Document technical issues, resolutions, and preventive maintenance activities.
· Handle the installation, maintenance, and regular updates/backups for critical IT infrastructure, including laptops, desktops, printers, workstations, and CCTV systems.
