Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director in managing daily business and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Managing Director's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodation bookings, and itineraries.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the Managing Director.
- Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.
- Follow up with internal departments and external stakeholders on pending matters.
- Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents.
- Assist in preparing MIS reports and business presentations.
- Coordinate events, business meetings, and corporate functions.
- Handle administrative, Investment and personal tasks assigned by the Managing Director.
- Ensure timely communication and execution of instructions from the Managing Director.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Professional appearance and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Requirements
- Experience working with senior management or directors.
- Knowledge of business correspondence and office administration.
- Familiarity with accounting, MIS reporting, or coordination activities will be an added advantage.
Compensation
Salary will be commensurate with qualifications, experience, and skills.
