About the Company
Dental Avenue Pvt. Ltd. is a rapidly growing organization in the dental healthcare and pharmaceutical sector. We specialize in delivering high-quality dental products and services, working closely with dentists, hospitals, clinics, dealers, and corporate clients. We are expanding our operations and are looking for dynamic, motivated, and result-driven individuals to join our Business Development team in Gurugram.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business opportunities for the company’s dental product portfolio.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with dentists, dental clinics, hospitals, dealers, and other key stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to map potential customers across Gurugram and nearby NCR regions.
- Present and promote dental products, services, and treatment solutions to prospective clients.
- Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain detailed reports of client interactions, lead status, sales activities, and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and brand-building initiatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and deliver exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and deal-closing ability.
- Confidence in conducting sales presentations and field meetings.
- Basic understanding of the dental industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to work effectively in a performance-driven and competitive environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong field sales, networking, and relationship management skills.

- Graduate in any discipline; candidates currently pursuing graduation may also apply.
- Self-driven, ambitious, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with field sales and willing to travel locally within Gurugram and Delhi NCR.
- Freshers with strong communication skills and a passion for sales are highly encouraged to apply.
