Roles & Responsibilities:

Adhere to company safety, health, and environment policies, as well as quality standards and company values without any deviation.
Responsible to manage the shift in terms of management of employees and ensuring a smooth production process.
To ensure that Health and Safety rules and regulations are adhered to during the shift and all matters relating to this are dealt with using the resources within the company in line with the companies Health and Safety policy
To take full responsibility of the quality and product that is produced within the shift in line with the company’s quality systems, processes, and procedures
Monitor, measure, and report on production-related process performance, general issues
To identify root causes and take fast effective action to resolve the problems
To work closely with other Shift Supervisors to ensure production handovers
Maintain housekeeping standards to ensure a clean and safe workplace
Encourage employees involvement in the continual improvement and optimization of the process through Kaizen, Quality circle, and 5s in shop floor
Accountability for stock movements
To Maintain shop floor discipline
To Ensure timely availability of required resources to carry an out production activity
To Meet production plan on time in full through effective utilization of resources
To Ensure high productivity and minimum repair cost

Positional Requirements – Functional:

Educational Qualification & Experience: Degree in mechanical engineering/Industrial engineering with 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing companies with strong track record at supervisory level.
Experience on assembly line
Knowledge on Machine maintenance
Ability to write reports and compile accurate records
Should be able to do smooth communication with shop employees to get the optimum performance

Additional Requirements:

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
