Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced US IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment process for US-based clients. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, communication, and candidate-management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified IT candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, ZipRecruiter, and other job portals.
- Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical skills, experience, communication, and availability.
- Understand client requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Present qualified candidates to clients/vendors and coordinate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment databases/ATS.
- Negotiate compensation and manage candidate expectations.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Work closely with Account Managers, Bench Sales, and Delivery teams.
- Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in US IT Recruitment / US Staffing.
- Good knowledge of US staffing and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with US work authorization/visa types is preferred.
- Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-oriented environment.
- Comfortable working in the US shift.

Compensation
Competitive Salary + Performance-Based Incentives
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
