Role Description:
Iron Asylum Fast-growing nutraceutical brand with expanding SKU portfolio and structured production operations.
You will be responsible to open new retail stores and manage and drive the day-to-day operations of the retail stores, ensuring superior customer experience, optimal sales performance, and adherence to brand standards.
Offered Salary: as per experience and skills
Experience:
- 4–7 years’ experience in setup of retail stores within nutraceutical, pharma, or supplements
- Prior independent handling of sourcing & procurement cycle
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets
- Process-disciplined and structured
Key Responsibilities
1. Responsible to develop new business opportunities through the company owned or franchise model.
2. Responsible for setup and opening of new stores with complete infrastructure, manpower, training, launch and day to day operations thereafter through the team of people in this division.
- Manage the store team and increase the store business.
4. Responsible for the sales and marketing activities to ensure consistent growth of the division.
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and set targets for the store.
- Designing and implementing sales plans for growth of the Division.
- Responsible payment collection and accounting with Stores and Finance.
- Maintaining proper records of inventory by determining inventory levels, anticipating store demand, and placing timely Indent.
- Maintain track of all supplies in coordination with the Logistic team.
- Explore the new opportunities to open new stores
- Take measures with Store Managers and Marketing for Store Promotions.
