Experience Required:
1 to 3 Years (Bulk Hiring & Onboarding experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Acquisition (Bulk Hiring)
- Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles
- Source candidates through portals, consultants, and references
- Conduct mass hiring drives and walk-in interviews
- Maintain hiring trackers and ensure timely closures
2. Onboarding & Joining Formalities
- Manage end-to-end onboarding process for new hires
- Coordinate joining formalities and document collection
- Conduct induction/orientation sessions
- Ensure smooth joining experience for employees
3. Employee Grievance Handling
- Address employee concerns and resolve grievances
- Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
- Escalate critical matters when required
- Support a positive workplace environment
4. Attendance & Leave Management
- Monitor attendance and absenteeism
- Maintain leave records (CL, SL, EL)
- Coordinate shift planning with operations
5. HR Reporting & Documentation
- Prepare HR reports (daily / weekly / monthly)
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Provide payroll inputs (attendance, leave details)
- Ensure data accuracy and proper filing
Required Skills
- Experience in bulk hiring and onboarding
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring
- Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Educational Qualification
- Graduate / MBA in HR or related field
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
