Telecaller Job Description
A Telecaller is responsible for handling outbound and/or inbound calls to customers, clients, or prospects. Their main goal is to promote products/services, generate leads, provide information, or support customers.
- Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers
- Handle inbound calls and respond to inquiries
- Explain products or services clearly and persuasively
- Generate leads or set appointments for the sales team
- Maintain customer records and call logs
- Follow up with customers for feedback or sales closure
- Resolve customer queries or complaints professionally
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and performance goals
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
