Head Chef – Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and talented Head Chef with proven experience in a 4-star hotel property. The candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, designing menus, controlling food costs, and leading the culinary team to deliver exceptional dining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily kitchen operations and food preparation.
- Ensure high-quality food presentation and taste standards.
- Plan menus and develop new dishes.
- Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen cleanliness standards.
- Manage kitchen staff, training, and scheduling.
- Control food cost, inventory, and wastage.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in hotel kitchen operations, including experience in a 4-star property.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
