- Ensure on-time production & delivery
- Prepare production plans & schedules
- Coordinate with Purchase, Store, Production & Sales teams
- Monitor daily production vs. plan
- Manage dispatch & shipping planning as per plan
- Maintain data accuracy (Master Data / MIS reports)
- Analyze delays & improve planning efficiency
- Support management with planning reports & updates
