We are hiring a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations in our CNC shop. The ideal candidate will have hands-on exposure to sheet metal machinery (punching, bending, or laser) and a strong ability to drive shop-floor productivity and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily CNC machine shop operations to meet production schedules and targets.
- Oversee operations involving CNC Turret Punch Presses, CNC Press Brakes, and Laser Cutting machines.
- Coordinate with operators and programmers to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Implement quality control checks and maintain shop-floor safety protocols.
- Manage operator shifts, job assignments, and material flow.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: DME or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: Prior experience working with CNC punching, bending, or laser cutting machines.
- Key Awareness: Familiarity with CNC Turret Punch Press and CNC Press Brake operations.
Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹220,000.00 per year
