Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV footage from multiple cameras and locations.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, or safety hazards.
- Maintain daily surveillance logs and incident reports.
- Coordinate with security personnel during emergencies or incidents.
- Ensure all CCTV systems and recording equipment are functioning properly.
- Retrieve and review recorded footage when required.
- Maintain confidentiality of surveillance data and recordings.
- Report technical faults to the maintenance or IT team.
- Follow company security procedures and compliance policies.
Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance operations.
- Attention to detail and alertness.
- Good observation and reporting skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Communication and coordination skills.
